I know what I’m speaking of on this one as I had a partner my first few years of investing.Best regards well that’s not necessarily true .. if you take title in land trusts you can JV with a partner and pass your percentage interest on to your children ( beneficiaries) much better than partnering up in a llc and fighting over stuff if somebody dies or wants to quit
