I do teach this topic at focus groups at my local realestate club.the association you tagged is just that an association .. no doubt a for profit enterprise. its like PML  who give class's and certificates its ceremonial  NOT  government backed..

@Collen F.......I am in a rent collection system however they have suspended the option of reporting to the credit bureau because of COVID. 

I have done searching in the past via census data, bureau of labor statistics, and national association of realtors data.  

I have not, but have you tried searching the Better Business Bureau?

In this event it will show up on your personal credit bureau & impact your personal borrowing.

Right now this isnt about me...this was 26 years ago and all I could see was my new equestrian center enterprise. 

I would check out Farm Bureau, Affinity (or REI Guard) and Tilton, Thomas and Morgan (ask for Chris). 

Just make sure you are getting lists that are up-to-date.I currently use Experian, the credit bureau, to build my lists.

Even northwest or Enterprise can are contender for good tenants.
