Hello fellow BPers! 

I am getting ready to rent out my first property in Charlotte and looking for some guidance. Does anyone have any of the following they'd be willing to share?

1. North Carolina Residential Lease Agreement template for standard lease

2. Tenant application

3. A recommendation for best sites to screen tenants (background, criminal, credit, etc)

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
