On top of valets, bellmen, waitresses, cooks, managers, etc etc etc. 

Cook County has some of the most liberal laws protecting tenant in the US.As a result, Chicago, evictions are tricky. 

Especially if this is a mtr where guests are likely to be cooking more each day this is not enough and would think closer to 12 sets would be closer to ideal, especially since utensils tend to walk off.  

Spell it out.Be sure to address cleaning responsibilities or schedule; acceptable use of utilities vs. open/closed windows and "personal" refers, cooking appliances, or ac's, in bedrooms; trash receptacle locations and when/how they need to be taken out to rubbish bin and/or set out to the street for pickup.

Could be a minister cooking meth.The owner could even turn it into a rental and we all know how bad that can be.A lot depends on the neighbourhood and home prices.

This doesn't mean your property needs a hot tub, but it does mean you need to add the thoughtful touches that make it feel like home: a well stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials, more than just a stingy supply of "starter" household products (don't be the guy who leaves a couple of Tide pods, one dishwasher tab and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom).
