Definitely would like to hear from anyone who has subscribed to their program and their thoughts. 

They pay these shysters and subscribe to their database services to send out thousands of letters to potential home sellers.  90% of these people who call me, the techniques they are being taught are fraud.There are legal ways to wholesale.

I actually just subscribed.  

Typically to participate in buying performing mortgage notes or subscribing to a Fund, you will need your OWN capital.  

I subscribe to the mortgage fraud blog and read about all the real estate convictions from all over the country every month.

If you set up keyword alerts you will be notified when a thread is posted with your interests, such as Boston, Massachusetts, MA, rental, and subscribe to the forums that interest you.
