My sector is different though in commercial because high net worth clients it's about the long term relationship and getting full service.With residential and cheap investor houses I can see lots of " one and done " deals where buyers do not see value in brokers/agents.

If it needs a new ac unit the retirement account must pay for it, you can’t even do any cleaning/repairing yourself.Tack all this on top of the fact that you’d be investing a very tax advantaged sector, inside a tax advantaged account.
