hello bigger pockets individuals, this newbie needs your help. i have an opportunity to lease my property to corporation for 24-36 months, lease would be Master Lease or permission allowing corporation to sublet to multiple individuals during the length of the lease. i have never done corporate leasing and i can’t find anything about this specific scenario where i give permission to corporation to lease it to multiple individuals. what are pros and cons of doing this type of lease?

They typically have to be registered with the state licensing board, and you typically have to sign a statement granting the state permission to audit your accounts.Contact your state licensing office to learn about Trust accounts and what they require of you.
