An eviction itself won't post to a credit bureau report but a collection (if you turn over the unpaid rent to an agency) or a judgement certainly will result in a big hit to their credit score.

What @Bruce Lynn said is true most properties that go to foreclosure judgement are people who have made no attempt to help themselves and often are outright scammers.

If you've demonstrated the ability to make your payments then it becomes a judgement call and would depend on who you're asking for credit from.

There are many other solid professional investors who may have better judgement here.The pros of Chico for me are students with cosigner a who have high income and high credit scores.
