End of the day, either true b\uyer has to pay you extra or wholesaler gives you a slice (like they're real generous).Your state allow wholesaling at all?

I didn't hear that in any of your investing niches of interest (light rehab, fix/flip, rentals, multi's).Given that, I would say overkill to get it, even with the super generous offer of a grant from your previous employer.  

The answer is super simple, they are very generous people who are very humble and truly want to help others escape the rat race.
