SSN, date of birth, current address...if you leaked this information to an unauthorized third party you can, and should, expect to be sued.Think about it this way: what if that 18 year old was hiding from his/her parents because of physical abuse?

In my opinion, ceramic tile and a nice tub will last longer, and probably take the abuse of your tenants.

(Not a review, not familiar with this company).I'd also worry they would just disappear one day and now I have a bunch of tenants with no security deposit on the books and now I have more risk.I'd also be worried that tenants who don't have any "skin in the game" would be less careful, abuse the property more, and leave it a mess when they leave. 

Anytime the products have a lot of versatility, I’m sure you can set up some type of bandwidth monitoring to make sure there’s no abuse.
