I’m a Canadian looking to possibly invest in tax lien certificates as a means to acquire investment properties.

I would not say that I am wealthy , but with the disposable income I do have, I made 100k shorting the cruise lines , specifically Royal Caribbean  .

It's busy with tourists there year-round.I found that on the market right now, our desired location and style is hovering right around $250k USD.My real questions pertain to the Canadian market though. 

If they have been a pain i would try to stick to the lease and get them to comply, but that can be a royal pain...

For example, Home A in Front Royal has 4 br/ 3 ba with an average nightly rate of $409 and average occupancy rate of 61%, while Home B in Front Royal has 4 br/ 4 ba with average rates of $269 at 74%.
