Irish Jones Realty is hoping to become the number one in sales in Buffalo NY for cash flow properties.  

How sad our own governments rewards negative social behaviors and norms that all great cultures have embraced for thousands of years . 

But I really shoot for core values someone that will fit in with our team and culture and will not only have a good work ethic but the desire to always improve. 

This doesn't take into account all of the entertainment, cultural, etc aspects that will appeal to our generation as well.

East coast simply are too rigid, their Corp culture are too bureaucratic and simply can not compete with CA small startups on innovation, despite their huge R&D spending.

I think there's an element of our culture as westerners (specifically a culture built around more, better, faster) that allows us to play the comparison game, but it doesn't cause our discontentment or our lack of happiness.

That was a culture shock when my wife and I first moved here and went looking for a place to live.

But if a year or two in you're still doing that, then you need to work on better ways to do business.This website, podcast, and lots of other similar stuff you're likely reading romanticize hustle culture.

I want to be able to travel, inbed myself in some foreign cultures... a deeper look than tourism.
