Every room is a different color and the trim is also different.

I went around to my properties a few days beforehand and did some branch trimming to help take some stress off the trees.

If white trim, I like the grey.

I'm pretty handy so crocked light fixtures, old sockets, broken cabinets, holes in drywall, missing trim, etc are all things I wasn't concerned with. 

Another option is to paint the trim a dark brown and the walls a lighter color.
