Hi All, 

I am very green to property investing, my wife and I have been putting away investment money to buy another property here in the greater Sacramento area. I am a current homeowner so househacking/low money down will not be an option (we love our house!) I am curious to hear of any thoughts on the current market prices, and also local banks that may be able to work with 10-15% down payment on property $400k.
