Hopefully, someone will be able to provide advice on how to best tackle this; I would greatly appreciate it. 

Just some friendly advice from someone who's country tackled this already and was once 3rd in outbreak cases (only behind Hubei and China).  

@Marcello I.We stay primarily within central Indianapolis (465 circle) - we tackle fix and flips aggressively so we can put ourselves in those higher appreciation markets that have a bit more competition.

I considered reporting this post as abuse (which it clearly is), but prefer to tackle issues head on instead of asking others to sort them out for me.

I am not sure how to tackle it: Would you allow "stranger contractors" to get into your house (By giving them the lockbox code)? 

Please feel free to share your strategies and suggestions as to how to tackle this market and upcoming opportunity for cheap real estate.

This is my first flip and I don't know how to do any of the work but I think I am going to try and tackle a lot of it.

That would be a $20,000 bill when road work is done, not to mention 10 properties of inconvenienced tenants.I always plan conservatively and would need a sizable war chest and a very detailed plan of action to tackle something of this scale although I would love to do In the future.If you do want to get into a neighborhood such as this with just a couple properties this would be less risky as you can diversify your propertues in other locations.

I'm getting pretty interested in real estate- I'm definitely new at it, but I'm a smart guy, a solid worker and I'm ready to learn and tackle this.
