Summary: I pretty much stumbled into the MTR market in a number of ways.

Just stumbled into BPP (bigger pocket podcast) and have learned a lot.

We just stumbled upon the venue of a lifetime and are in love with it. 

I've definitely been blessed to stumble upon the site just as thousands have before me.

It's a thing.the other thing i got.. there is some obscure office that holds money in oregon.. like when bank account closes and they cant find anyone. they send it to the state.. and in oregon its some thing like the division of mining  something crazy like that.but I checked in and sure enough when i sold my big house.. there was impounds and they mailed it and it never got forwarded so about 5 years later I stumble in it.. just over 8900 . 

I could always get more active like you just mentioned and see if I could stumble upon a great deal.

I've always been interested in real estate investing, but never thought it was something I could do until I stumbled upon BP.
