the trick is to have a house near a popular bar or sports arena / field if you want to cater to a younger crowd

I'm thinking mid size to larger cities with a college, large hospital, sports teams or some kind of seasonal industry.I find this attractive, as some of the cities I've been thinking of moving to, and house hacking in a quadplex, are affordable, which is great for buying.

Las Vegas will have its first major national sports team (NHL), Faraday Future is a new electric car company that is building a huge manufacturing facility, (not putting a lot of emphasis on this because it can possibly flop you know like Fisker).

On writing a book, recording a podcast each week, volunteering with a local non-profit that's building a network of walking/biking paths, coaching my kids sports - definitely still do a lot of work!!
