If you are just starting out in REI and you already realize the presence of bigger players, imagine the sort of realizations they have had in the past several years.

If you are after fairly static content and just to have a presence, this way may be for you.

If you have a business plan and you're doing this full time it might be worth another look. so...Investor Carrot = Get it if you're serious about having a web presence and dominating google rankings to get organic and PPC leads that convert like no other.Realeflow (or other CRM) = newb cannon fodder, but if you're experienced or following a biz plan / system it would probably be worth it.

However, I would look to either have it signed by the tenant in my presence OR have it notarized (I have experience in this and having the tenant sign it in my presence saved my butt on one occasion).

We've had to eat most of our meals out as we don't have a functioning kitchen and the constant presence of the construction crew has made it difficult to have any type of privacy, let alone some peace and quiet for my 9 month old baby.

The person I was working with had a fairly high level online profile - including holding investment seminars from here on BP, but since then has all but dropped off any online presence.  

There are others as well but we're interested in buying where we have a presence.
