What are the other costs involved.The VERY rough numbers we have right now are:Land: 200kBuilding 50 units: 160kAverage rental for unit in area: about 100 to 120 a monthRight on a major HghwyRight across from a boat launch on a lakeUnits could be large enough for indoor and outdoor boat storage.What other questions or things should I consider here overall with storage units?

Hello everyone,I'm somewhat new to the Seattle area and am ready to launch a new career in Real Estate/Real Estate Investing.

Hi everyone,First off I'd like to say I launched my wholesaling business recently and I got 5 calls off my first direct mail campaign.

But it is a start and at least one person was able to launch from there.

As a rising Senior in college who just launched a Marketing Agency with an already successful Entrepreneur in Harrisonburg, VA this is exactly the stuff that I am also looking for. 

I am just pondering the long term here, as well as to prevent launching into a property and finding I didn't prepare properly for the cash-out to pay myself back on the initial outlay. 

I wrote a book about my experience as real estate investor and how I recruited a team to 1) launch a business in a new country and 2) assemble a partnership to develop new build sites.

My goal is to create passive income from real estate and the plan is to use my business (dental & braces) as my launch pad.
