Hello everyone,

I'm somewhat new to the Seattle area and am ready to launch a new career in Real Estate/Real Estate Investing. My background consists mainly of Engineering/Project Management, as well as having a very successful Single-Family rehab under my belt. 

Ideally what I'm looking for is to team up with an experienced, successful person or team in need of someone with my abilities. I'm available full-time and am asking only to learn by doing. I'm a fast learner and will quickly be contributing to your efforts.
