@Shelby Pracht, we dealt with this and were able to prove breaking and entering, and as we were the owners the police told us we could press criminal charges.  

It is noted that many share a belief that the very action of having an on site inspection is a force that presses many into self-compliance where a market with no inspections, only retro-actively addressing problems vs pro-actively, would result in much higher occurrence of incidence. 

Every time I felt  that this is the time, I would always press the pause button thinking that I have to learn more and be confident with every single step before going in.

Now I'm being partly facetious here, but I live in Atlanta and let me tell you that you'd be very pressed to find even a bare bones studio with nothing included for those prices.

(And no pressure @Chantel Allen this is kind of impromptu.)
