There are two buildings almost identical.

She claims she can't send me proof she is receiving survivor benefits for her kids because she has has had her identity stolen and she had to close all her bank accounts.

@Jim Sokoloff @Matt Morgan  Here's my thinking, if I have two properties that I made the same investment into and I'm getting the same return then I might think they're performing identically since they have the same ROI.

Put two identical properties next to each other and available for rent on AirBNB and one will outperform the other.
