Yes they are supposed have endless hot water but they can only heat it so fast and a smaller unit will not keep up with a shower and the clothes or dish washer.One of the biggest problems for tankless water heaters is improper installation especially for natural gas versions.

It's nothing to them to pile highly flammable clothing around an outlet with a plug in it that gets yanked on often.

I get an email from my real estate agent today saying that: Tenant 1 is $150 behind because they had to buy school clothes, Tenant 2 is 2 months $900 behind, and Tenant 3 was behind but has paid up the owed $640.

See the wall that comes out from the right - simply extend it across to the left and put a door in it.It would look normal, visually, and then everyone could use that storage closet under the stairs - perfect place to store winter clothes and stuff, X-mas decorations, etc.A non-load-bearing partition wall with a door in it to the downstairs "bedroom" should be pretty cheap.

Kept it for several years until I got into rehabbing salt damp damaged bungalows with a few other guys, so I reluctantly sold it for about double.In 2012 my wife & I visited the city & most of the front yard had been expropriated to enlarge the road but the place was immaculate.
