With Politics in America now looking so much like the Italian politics in the late 80's and the early 90's the circus of the absurd is only just starting and what mayhem Trump brought to the markets is only the beginning of a 10 year cycle of uncertainty  

If it’s for asset protection a quit claim to your LLC is a false sense of security and does not provide you asset protection.Also a LLC is a pass through entity so it doesn’t really do anything for taxesNote not an attorney or accountant but sharing based on spending thousands of dollars working with them.Best to keep it in your name and save money and troubles of putting it in a LLC

I was fresh out of college working absurd hours as a CPA at Big 4 and had very little time to sit down and learn.

It is only the practice of doing it while drinking high caffeinated coffee that makes one feel good about the process and falsely productive.

So your advice to wholesalers without money is to make up a false POF on Word to deceive sellers?

RE $2500: We definitely do not offer our program at $2500, that statement was false and we went over that on our call.

We tried to work with the city of Norman and they said we could do false floors or raise the structure or tear down(after being in at 135k, doesn't seem reasonable).
