Stocks can “flash crash” quicker than I can react to them.A mixture is definitely the most attainable.

So, instead of immediately reacting to every change, I smooth the curve of change for the tenant and that helps maintain stability and keeps good tenants longer while still getting me what I need.

Redfin is good for that, if you don't have native MLS access, because they maintain links to the pictures of the properties, after sales.  

Since it was not directed  at me as it had appeared,  it was very wrong of me to react as I did.My biggest frustration  was  that the comment that seemed so  insulting c appeared to to be coming from a position  of leadership  and trust.
