I agree with Mindy.Offer an early termination and additionally, offer to pay half the security deposit on the day that she vacates *** IF *** the property is clean and undamaged.Given that today is the 24th, it will be tough to get her out before the start of July.After this issue is all settled, review your procedures to see how Ms Psycho made it passed your screening.  

There are fewer social services available in Mississippi than anywhere else.

IE Oregon  Mississippi etc.It really boils down to selling RE without a licesne and disguising it as some kind of equitable interest etc etc.. now we know some states are cracking down, Like Ohio  FLA  CA and others.

All of my investments are now on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  

My market, the Mississippi Gulf Coast is a year-round destination.  

This is due to the good cash flow, stable appreciation, and how landlord-friendly both TN and MS are. 

NO bad soil like some states from Texas through Mississippi. decent landlord laws.
