There is also a TON of competition in the Inland Empire area, so I have to send out way more letters to get responses.

Most of the empirical data suggests much lower typical response from PC's.

You're more likely to get an accurate interpretation of data from an independent third-party who is not biased by empirical evidence than you are from someone who is jaded by personal experience that may or may not be representative of the system as a whole.

the biggest influence on me so far has been a guy name Richard Crighton from las vegas,around my age just made 30 as a matter of fact,he doing quite a few big things in real estate these days and ive read about Trump but ive never met him,and Rich on the other hand i have and we talk real estate from time to time,he started soon as he graduated from hs and has built up quite an empire of his,his buisness partner/best friend his Chris Shelton the guy from the apprentice a few years back.I learn quite a bit from Bryan Alenky as well,he and I text and talk quite a bit on the phone as well ever since a few years back on here the young investors post someone put up on here.I also learn from here for free as well.

Especially in areas like the Inland Empire where there is room.

Our plan as it stands, is to one day own an empire based off of residential properties, small and large apartment complexes, and commercial properties. 

Not Donald Trump empire building stuff (can't help with the high rise dreams), but it works with my work/life balance and has been rewarding in many ways.
