I have learnt the most from my failures and have grown to be where I am. 

I’m now looking to learn more and for different/better strategies to grown my portfolio faster. 

I've been here since 2017 and it has grown a lot even since then.

I was reading the bigger pockets book, that suggested you look at cashflow -- instead of hoping for appreciation.Side note- just curious, is population growth (which cities have grown over a period of 10-15 years) an indicator of the properties in that city appreciating more?

Specializing in this area of real estate since 2010, I've grown a huge heart and am very protective of seniors.

We have a fairly decent size buyers list and network and previously, have had nearly no trouble selling our deals.There has not been a drastic change in the quality of our deals (of course the nature of the beast allows for the occasional seller who wants too much for their property or the crazy rehab/tear down situation but speaking generally) and I would argue our buyers list has grown significantly. 

I have my eyes on a property in Norwich CT but am not totally familiar with the area as I've grown up and still reside in Central CT.  

Cheap cabinets on the walls, seemingly random light fixtures on the ceiling, hair wedged behind and under the baseboard trim, plumbing everywhere, etc. 3) Hershey has grown a ton in the 30 years since I first visited the area.

Although we’ve grown quite a bit in the last year so we’ll be looking to add a PM soon for our doors.
