I've noticed at some of the data service sites like List Source it's difficult to select many different types of data filters or understand what you're actually going to get unless you subscribe or commit some money towards it.

Peter,Why not give quicken rental property manager a try. it is easy to use for expenses and income. their new version is all online now and you subscribe to it. i did not upgrade because i would rather have the desktop version. i also use quickbooks, but quicken is a lot easier to use.

Interesting observation.I think I subscribe to @Ned Carey's philosophy in that wholesaling CAN be done legally in all states, but the requirements to do so in any one location may be different from state to state.

I'm not requesting any of these things, just expressing some of my motivation for joining the site.I found BiggerPockets on YouTube and subscribed a little over a year ago but only recently decided that my 401k and IRA weren't going to get us where we wanted to be so I started watching more and more videos.I work full-time (with a part-time second job) and my wife is a stay-at-home mom.

Co-star seems to offer all as part of the same membership instead of splitting them for different feesI don’t believe CoStar let’s you subscribe to individual functions anymore.
