Zillow promptly listed my $500,000 home as being for sale at $25,000.But this one, from November 2016, was my favorite.

I've been listening to podcasts and looking at the site for a while and this question has prompted me to make an account.

I had to call a property manager(one of the major ones in our area) for a tree that was on their property that was an issue.I was on hold for one hour, and then someone was scheduled one week out to come out and look at the situation:)I am pretty sure my tenants are getting more prompt communication and scheduling from me, than they would be at a property management company. 

If it's just a private car circling and backspacing they may become quite suspicious and be prompted to call 911.

Curious if anyone has any idea what may have prompted that change? 

@Sean Autry just been with Rice this year but so far very happy with professionalism, promptness, experience, etc....  

But if there were any issues, he was prompt to text/call and I have taken care of everything.
