Zillow Underperforms for Real Estate Professionals

Zillow consistently underperforms on its commitment to Real Estate Professionals. BEWARE of the Zillow scam which requires Agents to sign a term contract locking in their income and based on my experience provides the weakest stream to "potential buyers and sellers" requesting additional information about homes for sale. Agents also need to do everything they can to support the Class Action lawsuit filed against Zillow for providing consumers with inaccurate estimated home values, or Zestimates! FRAUD, FRAUD, is FRAUD! Shame on Zillow and its management.
