I initially had mixed feelings but then immediately realized that it was for constructive purposes and not to scare us, but to orient us.

I envision an event created through here being oriented toward true beginners.

But, bring that this is a very family oriented community, far away family come here for different things and keep places filled.

The upside is that water oriented properties should appreciate better than average.

If you are looking for a more family oriented neighborhood I would look at Shorewood and if your budget allows even Whitefish Bay.

You'd be amazed at how a few furniture pieces, area rugs, accent pillows for sofas and wall art can make a difference.

Been in the "Ratrace" as we call it for over 20 years and recently took a 3 day orientation with Fortune Builders and I am now hooked.
