Second thing, he was mad beyond belief that the tenants had failed to pay the water bill and it was being deducted on the closing statement from his proceeds (about $2000 worth), again 100% not a good landlord.

its my belief for house hacking , solar is a waste of resources(money)  i was considering doing it on my single family residence but i will need a new roof even though my roof is less then 10 years its also 4 to 5 layers lol. and either have it done for free and continue to pay solar company.

It might be misguided, because I'm comparing it to living in San Francisco, where everything is MEGA expensive, and some homes I owned in FL where there were super high landscaping/bug prevention/occasional hurricane costs, but I like not really having to worry about the exteriors or the roof and feel that that HOA is a small price to pay.

And my fear is, that people reading this, will shy away from speaking their opinions and expressing their beliefs, cause some attorney hotshot, feels that he is the only one allowed to say what is or isn't so in what he believes is a legal opinion or expression.The law is something we deal with everyday - it is the law.
