It almost feels to me like you would like to deploy your capital and sit back and collect the distributions.

.- Pre approved conventional loan for 600k / 15% down / 6.2% interest- I have 50k total to deploy- looking at long term rentals in the 200-230k range anywhere in the metroplex because I only have 50k to deploy. - My goal is $300 minimum per month $500 ideal as I would like to get 20 or so and quit my tech job.Thank you in advance.

If you intend to put 3 houses within an LLC, perhaps put 20-25% down on 2 properties and buy one in cash, That is about the same cash outlay as you would make putting 50% down on each BUT it allows you to cash-out refi just the one property you bought in cash later when you want to deploy more capital!

Just trying to evaluate the best ways to deploy capital, but at the same time don't want to waste the benefits/opportunities for first time primary home buyer.

I'm wondering if this is a feasible strategy in a hot market like tampa or if anyone has any other suggestions or strategies to better deploy my 100k.

If you were to take that same capital and deploy it in a different market you could get a way higher cash flow and still decent appreciation (but not appreciation like you would get in NYC).

I am fairly new to the real estate game and am looking to dive right in by deploying about $1M into Jacksonville real estate, in the ballpark of $60-$120k/door.  

We are looking to deploy some capital and evaluating if Central Florida is the place to put our money in.

I've deployed a lot of technology and training in order to pull that off.
