I've been watching this issue for over 12 years into the only people that lose their property in a lawsuit are landlords attempting to course sex from tenants, running slums despite years of warnings, and blatantly disobeying the law over and over again. if your property is leveraged, you won't have much equity in it for them to come after so creating an LLC and a false lein would be a waste of time and money.People spend way too much time setting up LLCs and buying extra insurance.

This appears to be absurd, especially given the two facts that1) At the shareholders’ meeting in December, it is said the building’s financial health is in good shape.2) The maintenance fee has been consistently increasing for the past 5 years for a total of more than 20%.I decide to protest against this transfer fee, even rallying the other shareholders.

Hello @John ThedfordI don't remember my post, but "fraud" is a broad range of laws and takes on different requirements of proof as to intent, some aspects of "proof" are automatically assumed by actions such as false statements or misleading statements in dealing with banks.
