Yes, premium over SFH given extra work for income analysis and rent survey verification, however, that fee is relatively steep in my experience for a 3 unit.

You are getting a broad range of suggestions/answers from us, but really you should be asking your customers, especially the repeat customers, to get a sense of how you should move forward.I would suggest having them fill out a survey, then you can analyze their answer.
