My offer was for $55k, and the bank accepted originally, and then kept me on the back-burners for 2 weeks while they fished for higher offers (they updated their listing to show $61k asking price from $80k AFTER they accepted my offer).  

Everything just feels so impossible I know 5 grand a month through passive income ( rentals ) is a joke amount to the big fish but it would be life changing to me.

If you’re asking if Olmsted County will catch on since you didn’t homestead a 2nd property... they probably have larger fish to fry, especially if you are still able to get mail at the house you are renting out.  

A spec home is built on "speculation" - there is no buyer until you have a fished product.

I think your chance for getting charged for these walkthroughs/bids is higher if you look like you are fishing for them to not only identify the repairs needed but also estimate the costs for those projects and then provide a detailed estimate with the same.

I’m always kinda hesitant to post about it because I feel like it’s that secret fishing hole that everyone is going to jump on once they realize how good it is lol
