Replaced roof/french doors, all plumbing fixtures, vanities, mirrors, electrical outlets/switches/fixtures, fixed garage door, painted, replaced all door hardware, provided new cabinet doors as cabinets were solid wood, new appliances, new front columns.What was the outcome?

NOte that all the old windows and french doors with the grids were removed and new windows and doors without grids were installed to maximize the views.

We do pay referrals, but postal workers are pseudo-government employees entrusted to carry/deliver other folks property and they are unionized ... so, as it has been made clear to us, they cannot officially be a bird dog.There are parts of the North End you will want to avoid ... at least there were when I was there while in the Navy ;-)  Essentially, you cannot hope to wholesale anything in an area where folks, who are able to purchase, will not wish to live.

With the stairs turned against the right hand wall, you'll be able to see all the way through into the kitchen and out the back sliding (or French, not sure which yet) doors into the back yard.

It was French wine.. ( and he obviously probably got it somehow but somehow was probably illegal) any way being a young RE agent I had the 100 bucks.. so I bought it.Turned out to be a case of 1974 Chateau Marquex  the real stuff... even then was worth 100 a bottle..

I know nothing about this trade of construction.Questions -*  Do you have to have a French drain (and are ALL interior drain systems called French drains or is there something specific to that) with a sump pump .... or can you have one without the other?
