This could be laborious as a one at a time deal.Not sure if this would work but you might be able to pay someone from Fivr to write a script that would do it automatically for you and generate a list based off of the multifamily addresses that you already have.   

My suggestion is to build a spreadsheet and include the net cash flow to you for every month of the deal, then use the IRR function to figure out your return. 

Someone who knows what they are doing has to go in and manually add those things and keywords to your website in order for you to get the full SEO and SEM functions to work right.
