So keep this in mind when you don't see floks of investor volunteering their best contacts they spent years and thousands to find. Here are a few tips on how to find contractors in Milwaukee:- Facebook has a lot of contractor groups and also your friends may know someone- keep your eyes open when at Mendards or Home Depot- you find professional trades in new subdivisions: builders don't pay that much and expect top quality- you can also check at places like Zuern or Bliffert (contractor supply)- when you drive around keep your eyes out for work trucks with names and phone numbers- ask contractors, they know each other (and who needs more work)- places like Sherwin Williams, Ace Hardware etc also have buisness cards on display (hint: don't look in Whitefish Bay or Brookfield if you want a reasonably priced contractor)If you find a good one, treat them well, pay them fast and make their life easy.

Key PointsThe Rule of 55 is a loophole that allows for early withdrawals from workplace retirement accounts. You must be 55 or older in the year you leave your job (for any reason) to qualify for early withdrawals from a 401 (k) or 403 (b).If you qualify, you can tap your current employer-sponsored account only, not previous retirement accounts or IRAs.I have a solo 401K and I'm presently working as a contractor (1099 employee).
