My Real Estate Journey made at night and weekend, allowed me to close my first deal!

Ideally, if there's an investor in the Augusta, GA area I'd LOVE to shadow you or even do some rehab labor for you on weekends so I can get my hands dirty and see how the wheels really turn.Aside from that, if anyone has any general tips for making connections with local real estate investors or things I should be reading about, I'd love to learn from you!

I think having the flexibility to choose what weekends my family or friends wants to come into town out weights the consideration of putting a tenant in there full time.I have researched a bunch of things that come into consideration before starting this and I would love thoughts!

I was actually in TX this past weekend and mostly focussed on the Buda, Kyle, San Marcos and New Braunfels areas.

Sorry, but it wasn't fun getting off work on the week days or spending my time on the weekends leasing and managing the property. 

There is also no substiture for experience Get what you can out of the weekend but avaid the upsell.

Many don't pick up the phone past 5pm or before 9am, don't work on the weekends, only push files in and do not really review them, and are difficult to get a hold of. 

They called again after the weekend and asked what I’d be willing to pay.
