An AC unit in beaucoup Hot weather may have an up charge from the installer because he knows he can get it from customers who want immediate cooling.

When my door was closed, I could tell by moving the Encode deadbolt by hand that it was scraping on the strike plate, which uses more battery power and can cause it to jam completely if the door swells from weather.  

I have been fortunate to be in a city that has been resistant to the volatility of other markets.

Too many headaches for cash flow on paper (which is actually negative in reality) : stolen AC unit (thieves climbed a 7 ft fence), attempted break in (alarm scared intruder away), repair issues, winter weather (make sure someone turns up the heat on a vacant property).

I now run several real estate and related businesses and am loving every minute of it…except for the mask mandate rules that change as fast as the weather.

So you don't have to figure out whether you can be objective and resist that human urge to want to help.

Rising temperatures, increased frequency of wildfires, and more severe weather events have heightened awareness about environmental safety.

Warmer weather?

No one would confuse its weather with San Diego’s.  

A lot of variables to give you a solid answer - but if you can financially weather a little turbulence I would stick to the the original STR/MTR plan, as long as there are STR comps that support this decision.
