Croix shows that you have never traveled...I lived in the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico for two years on our sailboat.

Only one I can recommend is one I bought part of his company (Indy has a LOT of crooked contractors, like 90% of them).His name is Johnathon Oliver.

Again, I am no expert in wholesales, but I am no virgin in real estate either, and by saying that, investors do not care what you make on the deal, just what they make, and as long as anything fits their profit criteria, they are interested.

I am a real estate virgin and I'm excited about doing my first deal.
