I think that the Supreme Court is going to force the hoa super lien process through the judicial foreclosure process, which is what happens in other venues, and is discussed by the Supreme Court in the above video.

If there aren't 25 replies by Fri night, stop the sale and figure out what's wrong: price (too high) advertising venue, or what.

Also, our days may change from Thursdays to Tuesdays (sort of depends on the venue).

My vision would be to have loft style apartments in the 2nd floor (it already is laid out like it used to be an old apartment) and have a main business on the first floor) Or even a venue that people can rent out as well.
