Education is the key and I don't mean college or university degrees, I mean basic life skills.  

I learned a ton of information in my four years at the Colorado State University school of Veterinary Medicine, but it pales to the practical and applicable information I gained with boots on the ground working with older and more experienced veterinarians on a daily basis. 

I've lived here for a few years and have my own rental in the area - tons of development between RWJ, Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters, & Rutgers University, plus there's a direct train into Manhattan. 

Don't openly ask the universe for a mentor. 

This property is located a block from Denver University for context.

Also for parents at some point, you have to trust that you've done a good job raising your kids and let them figure it out on their own.Once you are done school (whether it is high school or university/college), you should start establishing your career and be independent. 

Also a bit worried about finding renters since its a bit far from the University, but still within a 10 min driving distance.Thank you!
