Hello,I recently transferred my traditional IRA into a SDIRA / checkbook LLC account and am working on closing on my 1st investment property.

I see some conservative areas here who would traditionally support private property rights coming down heavy against STRs.

Two of my units will be vacated in the next 2 months so this is a good time to consider this over my traditional 12 month leases again. 

I have used both Traditional (pre-tax) funds, Roth and HSA.

For a so-called Christian hosting a Christian Ministry and makes us get up at 6am on Sundays for his sermons, he sure doesn't practice what he preaches, but instead is a cover up for getting rich.

Transfer wealth from rich to poor?

I totally understand the excitement learning and dreaming of becoming rich one day, and you are left to regret that you would have been on top, if you never did the investment. 

Something which only time can do traditionally.
