Also need to get a tractor/backhoe and dumpster to cleanup a lot of the trash around the property (probably about 20 yards of loose and bagged trash strewn around the yards and street). 

We seem to grab for the quick and easy but its the small amounts and its like I'm happy if I pick up a few hundred it's like my brain is wired wrong then again it could be that I kind of know what I can get for this boat or tractor (or what ever)and wife is catching the bugAnd on bigger things I have to use the W.A.G method I am kind of stumped on how they figure values on a lot of property's to me it seems like a lot of homes in the 210/240 range I personally think are not worth a penny over 160 Maybe I should just play some with mobiles and the cheap fixers at firstMaybe a BRAIN TRANSPLANT!

Hey Ethan, I was 23 - Bought & Sold 82 Single Family Rentals, 434 Multi-Family Apartment Units, 2 30,000 sf office buildings, a 3 acre Parking lot for tractor Trailer Storage, 8 Condos, and 2600 + Self Storage Units.

Buyers have received large lawn tractors or mini farm types, that is something a lender does not want to finance.

There was a short or a bad splice in this wire that heated up and set the hay bale on fire, which then caught the house on fire.If this one is out in the country a little, that may be attractive to people that just don't want their neighbors so close, or want to do something that's not as easy to do in town... like park their big pickup or semi-tractor, or have a garden, or whatever.I hope this helps!
