If we can find a piece of land in an attractive area for tourists, we are thinking of doing just one tiny home there to test it out.

There are also several new hotels either recently completed or about to complete adding a lot of rooms, so only time will tell if Bend really needed that much supply for tourists.

I've lived in AZ for almost 30 years and Kingman has always been a sleepy little tourist town (and sometime retirement town) on the old Route 66.
