This strange world of real estate is fascinating and terrifying, I have no experience beyond buying a home the traditional way.I'm trying to learn everything I can - vocabulary, strategy, rules & regulations - so I can more effectively do my job (and possibly set up a retirement for myself).

As someone once said, "There are only 2 sides, we are either alone in the universe or we are not, both are equally terrifying."

They will quickly say that minorities have just as many opportunities in this country as anyone else, but when THEY'RE faced with being in the minority, they're terrified of how it might affect them.The saddest thing is that most of these people don't think they're bigoted or racist (they find other excuses for hating our BLACK President -- like saying he's socialist)...and they just think that they have a "responsibility" to protect what "this country was founded upon."

It certainly sounds like it.I've been happy to address the spending issues you seem so concerned about (that 8% or so)...but you seem terrified to even discuss the 55% of that spending.

i'd be terrified of the new check bouncing or whatever yet again as well as it all going downhill from there on out; would take the $50 and no longer accept checks from new tenants.

I signed the papers last month and it was terrifying!! 

It's either because they are brainwashed into being terrified of debt, or they are jealous of the possibility of you making a ton of money and getting ahead of them in the world.

Even so, I had a unit that had terrible urine damage to the hardwood floors when I bought it redone for just over a grand and it wiped out every bit of the smell, so I wouldn't be too terrified of having an animal.
