For negotiating:I'm assuming go to local stores (not box box or chain) to get quotes, but what are you successfully haggling?  

I thought builders/contractors etc used other stores outside of the "mainstream." 

But eventually you take the leap… you decide to go for it and you tread water until you can swim to the next level of your future.For me, I was about 20 attending a photography seminar as a store employee and the day I heard that phrase it hit me… I’m going nowhere being the employee.  

They didn't have to drive to the store?

The best deal I made (for me) was an 75% Interest in a small property rented to a convenience store.  

I am concerned about where all this data is stored

I know of an investor who bought one of these, use it for a few days, and then returned it to the bigbox store once the HVAC was fixed.
